Important Notice: Individual QR Codes Required for Entry
Please note that individual QR codes will be generated per guest. Therefore, each guest must present their own unique QR code at the venue for entry.
Please arrive at the location at least 30 minutes before the booking time. Occasional delays can be encountered during the peak season.
Both the attractions are to be visited on the same day. At the Top as per the scheduled time and the Dubai Aquarium the same day during the operating hours.
Kindly be informed that lighters, e-cigarettes, laptops, food items, sharp items, and baby strollers are not allowed inside Burj Khalifa and are to be kept in the luggage room.
Please note that no-shows and late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.
On the 31st of December, access will be restricted to all outdoor terraces. That day, the available booking slots are from 05:00 AM to 01:30 PM. The Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo is open from 10:00 AM to 02:00 PM. The attractions expect road closures from the Authorities and limited entry to the Dubai Mall from 02:00 PM onwards.
