Important Notice: Individual QR Codes Required for Entry
Please note that individual QR codes will be generated per guest. Therefore, each guest must present their own unique QR code at the venue for entry.
Please arrive at the location at least 30 minutes before the booking time. Occasional delays can be encountered during the peak season.

Kindly be informed that lighters, e-cigarettes, laptops, food items, sharp items, and baby strollers are not allowed inside the attraction and are to be kept in the luggage room.

Please note that no-shows and late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund. Access will be restricted to all outdoor terraces on 31st of December. Available booking slots are from 05:00 AM to 01:30 PM. The attractions expect road closures from the Authorities and limited entry to the Dubai Mall from 02:00 PM onwards.
