Go to the City Sightseeing Munich ticket shop on Luisenstrasse 4, on Bahnhofsplatz / Elisenhof, next to Munich Central Station, and show your smartphone voucher to receive your ticket.
- All tours depart from Elisenhof, so you can hop on your first bus right after picking up your ticket.
- Show your ticket as you board the bus.

- City Tour ticket: Valid for 1 tour.
- 1- or 2-day tickets: Valid for 1 or 2 (consecutive) days.
- Tickets are transferable.
