1) By Purchasing this package you will receive an automatic confirmation with your voucher attached. You will need that voucher in order to enjoy your City Sightseeing Florence.
2) You will just have to show your voucher at the City Sightseeing Florence Visitor Center or on the bus to get your City Sightseeing ticket.
3) We will book train tickets for you, the departure time of the train from Venice will be between 7:25 and 9:25, while the departure from Florence will be between 16:30 and 17:30; the schedule may vary depending on availability on board the train.
4) Within 48 hours from your booking we will forward you your train tickets; remember to store them and print them. Over the tickets we will sent you, you will find the departure time and the train number; we kindly suggest you to be at the train station at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure of the train. Once you arrive at the station remember to check the binary number on the digital billboards
