Know before you go
Remember to dress according to weather. Warm clothes, waterproof jacket, and sturdy shoes are recommended We recommend bringing thermal layers, a winter hat, scarf, gloves, and wearing warm socks for colder days A valid driver´s licence is required 2 persons share the same snowmobile, single person per vehicle at extra cost. Children 5 years and younger are not permitted on this tour. Only one child is permitted per adult on this tour. Operation of this tour depends on conditions on the glacier. Due to sudden and unexpected weather changes the snowmobile ride might be cancelled after tour´s departure from Reykjavík. You MUST email [email protected] with your hotel details as soon as you receive your E-ticket to reconfirm your booking. Please ensure you enter your Attraction World booking reference along with departure date & surname in the subject line. Pick up starts 30 minutes before tour departure and you are requested to be ready and visible in time at your pickup location. Reykjavik Excursions offers pick up at designated bus stops, and selected hotels, guesthouses and hostels. If passengers miss their Reykjavik Excursions pick up they need to arrive at BSÍ Bus Terminal in time for their tour's departure at their own cost. Overview
First we stop at Þingvellir National Park which is known for its exceptional beauty and historical importance. Þingvellir is as well a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The second stop is at the high-temperature geothermal area known as Geysir, with its numerous spouting hot springs. From there we drive to Langjökull where we take one hour exhilarating snowmobile tour on the vast of white snow cap.
On our way back to Reykjavík we stop by the stunning Gullfoss waterfall.
Please note that larger buses are restricted from entering the city center since 2017. Complying with the city´s regulation you will need to change to drop-off buses at BSI Bus Terminal that will take you to your designated bus stop or hotel.

Cancellations should be notified in writing at least 24 hours before departure. Less than 24 hours before departure will be charged at full price.
