Know before you go
You MUST email [email protected] with your hotel details as soon as you receive your E-ticket to reconfirm your booking. Please ensure you enter your Attraction World booking reference along with departure date & surname in the subject line. Pick up starts 30 minutes before tour departure and you are requested to be ready and visible in time at your pickup location. Reykjavik Excursions offers pick up at designated bus stops, and selected hotels, guesthouses and hostels. If passengers miss their Reykjavik Excursions pick up they need to arrive at BSÍ Bus Terminal in time for their tour's departure at their own cost. Overview
We begin the day by driving to Eldhestar riding centre located jus outside of Hveragerði, where the horseback riding tour takes off from.
The Icelandic horse is a unique breed, known for its sturdiness and easy temperament and has gained a legion of fans around the world.
The ride lets you take in some of the local sights on horseback and ends with a light lunch at the farm Vellir.
From there we continue our journey to Geysir geothermal area, where the erupting geyser Strokkur is the star of the show.
we also visit the spectacular Gullfoss waterfall (Golden Falls) and Thingvellir National Park, with its amazing geology and history.
All riding is on excellent riding paths.
Please note that larger buses are restricted from entering the city center since 2017. Complying with the city´s regulation you will need to change to drop-off buses at BSI Bus Terminal that will take you to your designated bus stop or hotel.

Cancellations should be notified in writing at least 24 hours before departure. Less than 24 hours before departure will be charged at full price.
