Children under age 14 must have a parent or guardian complete waiver for them and assure us that they have running experience and are capable of completing the distance of the tour.

In order to receive a refund, cancellations must be received more than 48 hours in advance of your scheduled tour. We understand there may be unavoidable circumstances that make it necessary to miss a tour so we allow for guests to join a tour scheduled for another day that already has existing reservations.

Overview

Central Park is a bucket list destination for runners around the world and we can help you do it better than if you did it alone. Our guides will be like “your friend in New York” to guide you along a beautiful, 4.5 mile running path with the most stunning views of this amazing urban oasis. It’s not a race, but rather a sight-running tour. You will not break any personal best times as we make a few stops along the way to talk about the history of the Park and take in (and take photos of) the iconic highlights and views we see along the way. No hotel treadmill can compare!
