Pick up information:
Pick-up services are provided from any location within a 15-kilometer radius of Rovaniemi city centre. Please see below for a current list of accommodation covered*. Additionally, if customers prefer, they are welcome to meet directly at the office, located at Rovakatu 29, under the name BookLapland. Upon reconfirmation with the supplier, you will need to confirm which location you wish to be picked up from or if you will be going to the office yourself.

We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 1 day or less before the event. Cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 7 days or less. Cancellation fee of 10% if booking is cancelled 365 days or less.
