Overview
At the Banana Museum we will teach you all about the cultivation on a guided tour throughout the banana plantation. You will also visit a Canarian house dating from 1804 that has been fully restored, faithful to its original architecture. Inside is the interpretation center of this exciting crop and a shop where you can taste a selection of artisanal products made on our islands that contain canarian bananas, such as different jams, banana quince and even banana wine, as well as cosmetic lines, also made with banana.
Discover this unique place on the Canary Islands that has splendid views of the Ocean and the Banana Plantations of the north of the Island.
It is the first Banana Museum in Gran Canaria and the only one in all the Canary Islands where you can see 13 different varieties of banana plants from all over the world.
